7 Seas DDH Cold IPA (A)

In a nutshell, “a Cold IPA is an IPA fermented at lower tempera-tures than what is normally used to ferment an ale. Using a lager yeast to make an ale that is “crushable”.
Double Dry Hopped with a mix of Ahhhroma, Superdelic, Lem-ondrop, Bru 1, Sabro, Simcoe and Mosaic.

Amber Ale fermented with Alt yeast from Düsseldorf, hopped with Spalter Spalt & Spalter Select

Alora Eraclea SH IPA (A)

Mashed with premium Eraclea barley grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice. It has a noticeable malty-sweet aroma with notes of honey.
Double dry hopped using only Alora bringing Peach, yuzu fruit, sweet melon, apricot.
Fermented with “Best Coast Hazy Ale Yeast” delivering amazing hazy beers- coast to coast and beyond.

Mashed with Barley, Wheat and Oats.

Slipper Pale Ale (A)

Slipper session ale will transport you on the hoppy side of the tracks. You will love the packed punch by Citra hops hunted down with passion fruit aromas by Galaxy hops and the lemon spikes by Sorachi Ace. The malt back bone is Vienna Malt and 2-row – to keep us focused on the green cones. We kept the alcohol content at 5.2.
